I visited the Newlook dry cleaners (Shefford) on 12/04/22 for dry cleaning school blazer (Ticket no #64). The lady told me that it would be ready for collection on 20/04/22. When I visited on 20/04/22, it wasn't the case; I had to wait for 30 minutes when she was looking all over the stores. Eventually, she told me to visit the next day, and she would find out where the blazer was. When I called on 22/04/22, she informed me that she had handed the blazer to the wrong person, and I had to wait until it was returned. She didn't have the contact details for the customer; hence the waiting time was unknown. She wasn't even following the basic procedure of caring for customers. There was no apology or realisation that there was any mistake. I couldn't wait more than three weeks and purchased the blazer from the school shop. When I asked if there was any provision for compensation, I was mugged off and told you can only wait, and your son can have two blazers when it's returned. Unprofessional, worst service ever; I can't believe how this business is still running; please avoid it. Only giving 1 star because I can't give 0.

Horrific customer service, mixed up my suit jacket and trousers 6 months ago and have been refusing to do anything about it ever since. Appears it's all my fault from the way they have behaved, I was even asked if I was sure the jacket and trousers matched when I bought the suit in the first place. Never, ever, use this place. Utterly abysmal.

WORST SERVICE EVER my partner was told his suit would be ready to be picked up on Friday afternoon, I get to the dry cleaners and am told they arent getting a delivery today and therefore the suit wont be coming to the store, with not even a sincere apology. I told the lady it was for a wedding that we are attending this evening, she said would chase it.My partner then rings to see if there was an update and they tell him its in St Neots and is also not ready and that they will be us back in another update. They call to say if we want the suit we will have to drive to St Neots and pick it up ourselves, which we were not happy about as its the service you pay for and with petrol costs rising we would need to also pay for the travel. Their solution to this was to take off only! 3 off of our bill and my partner also has to finish work early to go and collect the suit. When getting their they refused to give him his suit until he paid the full amount. And the suit isnt even clean
