If I could I would give a 0 star review! Rubbish! NHS is rubbish! You cant get hold of anyone! Spend an eternity waiting to talk to someone! You dont get your test results, they dont call you back even though they said they would need to call you and so on! I cant wait to see the nhs die and the health system become privatised!

I queued outside for an appointment at 7.40. They opened the doors promptly at 8am. I walked to reception and asked for an appointment. "We can't book appointments over the desk you need to phone". As if I haven't tried phoning before! I tried Infront of her and it went straight to queue full message please try again later. Apparently the queue holds 30 people. I tried phoning again and again with no luck. I then asked if she could make an exception because I couldn't get through. But apparently that wasn't fair to everyone waiting on the phone. It is their 'protocol' to only accept telephone appointments. The waiting room was empty except for 1 patient. Despite the surgery being open from 8am it seems people didn't start to show up until 8.30 for appointments. I could see how quickly phones were being answered from the other side of the desk. To clear a queue of 30 would've taken all day. That's without presumably new people joining the queue as soon as one leaves. Rubbish phone system, rubbish 'protocol' to not accept walk ins. Despite an empty waiting room. Nice building though Typical NHS - Maximum cost Minimum results Also if you don't accept walk ins as protocol then put a message to that effect on the door?????

I can't thank Dr Adejuwon and the lovely nurse for helping me through a tricky procedure. They prepped me with all the information and reassurance I needed prior and supported me in the best ways possible during. I really appreciate the nurse sensing I needed a hand to hold even when I didn't ask. Absolute angels our NHS workers.
