Put my battery in and to collect a new one! They put my old battery back in the box and gave it to me! A couple of weeks later my battery failed, naturally, I went back to them and I had one hell of a job to change it! I had paid for a new one and they gave me my old one back in the box!!! Not happy!!

As others have mentioned very rude staff, seems to be a pattern here. Also, after a year and a half of covid measures they seem to assume that there are people out there who are still not aware of the mask rules, that or they have contempt towards those who have underlying health issues and who cannot wear them due to the detrimental effects on health. I would suggest it's the latter. I'm done with this place and will happily travel out of my way to avoid spending my money with them ever again!!
