This is the best place to do yoga, whether in a weekly live class, doing a live on-line class or a session from their extensive online library. Hannah and Chris offer a "top to toe" experience, ensuring that both body and mind are exercised, strengthened and relaxed. Classes are varied, friendly and purposeful. I would recommend this approach to yoga to all ages and abilities - your needs will be understood and catered for. Many thanks to Hannah and Chris for taking up the challenge of continuing classes throughout Covid restrictions, and adapting teaching to suit us all.

I have attended classes run by Chris & Hannah for about 7 or 8 years & always enjoyed them and found them beneficial. During the pandemic they have done their best to make sure we all could still take part in classes on Zoom or from the online library, ensuring we have still managed to benefit mentally & physically during very difficult times. It has been very reassuring. Thank you to both of them. Iknow it hasn't been easy but Im sure we all appreciate it.
