        Absolutely fabulous service Cathrine and Steve saved us from a very long wait for a wood burner cant thank them enough and the after sales would highly recommend on fire to supply and install your fire . Love our new wood burner.

        Don't answer phone, dont get back to you, lots of emails and phone calls to get no where. Given up now on having a pellet boiler heating system. Trying to source a pellet burner elsewhere instead of full system. Customer service non existent.

        Weve had a very testing time with our builder with long delays. Catherine & Steven from On Fire have been superb, very prompt at replying to requests and quick to attend for installation at short notice. The log burner itself is lovely. Really nice company to deal with and would highly recommend. Many thanks Ian & Siobhan
