        Beware, no aftercare. Spent a lot of money on bi-fold doors, as soon as out of warranty (2yrs), Ford windows will not return to repair or adjust them. Dont have instructions to send in how to adjust the doors either?! On this basis our full set of doors will need replacing soon, as theyre almost inoperable and drafty. Very expensive option!

        I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible quality windows and even worse customer service. See photos for yourself of their window quality and craftsmanship! Finally after waiting for ages, one of their employee came to fix a few things, while doing so he smashed a little plastic cap on one of our windows outside. Didn't say a word until I went to check his work and saw it and pointed it out to him. He said he doesn't have the part with him and will have to order it and fit next time he is in our area. After a month of waiting I called the service team who told me the guy did not report any breakage and its now my word against his! Avoid at all costs.
