Second Edit: I updated my review to 5 stars. This was due to Paul completely rectifying my issues within the last couple of days. I have received delivery notification, and a very kind email from Paul. Credit where credit is due, Paul has gone above and beyond here. Well done. I will use these guys again for sure, thanks guys. Edited: Will update to 4 star when resolved. Original Review: First order with this brewing supplies shop and it was delivered by FedEX. It arrived minus a few hundred grams of grain, the box was burst open (I watched the driver repack my box marked fragile before unloading from the van, which he then dropped from waist height), and I was also unhappy with the hops varieties sent. I contacted Paul, which did take a short time to get a reply, but Paul has very kindly offered to rectify the issues and has apologised profusely for the delivery. Paul has offered replacement hops plus a discount code.

I've been using this supplier for a while now for kits, grains and other supplies and always been satisfied with the service and products. The Belgian double IPA all grain kit is outstanding. The test of any supplier though is how they deal with problems and how their customer service holds up. My last order was received slightly wrong, contacted Paul and the error was immediately corrected and without fuss. Received the correct items this morning less than 24 hours after notifying Paul. We'll done and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the homebrew outlet to others. Thank you again to Paul for the excellent service.
