        If you care about your morals and dignity DO NOT WORK HERE, they lie out there back teeth, zero warm breaks in -5 weather "just work" agency get treated like robots while the actual wincanton staff just watch you even non management, it's absolutely the worst place ever to work. I left after putting in a request for a day off which they had for 5hrs I explained to 1 manager how important it was and ro let me know so I could try and arrange something else, but no reply after 4 and a half hours so I took the day which then got a phone call saying it wasn't approved, So do your job then insulted of watching us do ours. Who in there right mind watches you work
