        This is the second time I've use Ark for exotic pets (bearded dragon and African Grey parrot). They clearly are very experienced, knowledgeable and give lots of advice on pet care too. They are empathetic and put you at ease but with honesty. One thing I get frustrated with at Vets is costing.. I found Ark to be very transparent from the get go and gave me options.

        Absolutely fantastic vets they couldn't do enough to help our baby girl before they couldn't do anymore for her and they have been there to answer our questions So again thank you to Tom Mauro and Brian Thank you so much for looking after our baby girl highly recommended xxxx
