Took 7 month kitten in for spaying, multiple errors, got kitten home she couldn't eat, drink or use toilet. Needed emergency treatment but drakehouse not open at weekends so had to go to Barnsley. Multiple problems found by barnsley vets. Our poor kitten died 2 days later. Bill was 3200. Drake house agreed to pay ct scan 1200 but are not willing to stand up and admit any failings. What a terrible experience. They are now investigating themselves. DO NOT USE

Very poor took my 7 month old Kitten for a routine spaying, practise then not open in the 2 to 3 days after for the post op check. We lost our Kitten 4 days after her surgery due to post operative renul failour due to liguture of the uretha and a hernia. Please don't take your pets there. They then tried to blame our poor kitten for the hernia even though she had not jumped and hardly moved since the surgery. In recovery she had not eaten or drank and was very quiet according to the nurse and not used the toilet and was told she could be quiet for 48 hours. She was unable to eat or drink ot urinate after the surgery and all she wanted to do was curl up on my knee for a cuddle and sleep. We took her to the emergency vets after the 48 hours but they could not save her as her condition was to severe.
