Cheapest around but very unreliable.. I've had 5 cars in a row and no discount. I've come to collect a car prepaid for twice and been told there's no cars available and that I couldn't get a partial refund for taking a smaller car. The staff are nice but can be short as under a lot of pressure

Had several hires through this branch and generally satisfied despite the inevitable 30 min- 1 hour wait on collection. However on the last hire I booked a small car for a weekend hire and was allocated a diesel Ford Kuga. On several occasions it lost power when attempting to accelerate and I was glad when the hire was over. Unable to refuel but had no issues with paying the charge. Didnt receive the usual phone call from the branch to check that everything had gone well with the hire so when I received the invoice by email I flagged to customer services about the performance issues. Their response was that I was only saying this because I was not happy with the refuelling charge and that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle!! Needless to say I wont be using them again.

Put phone down on you when trying to get hold of them will not ring you back been waiting 3 days for the to sort out another car had lots of emails sent to them to and still no reply
