        I have bought several 2nd hand cars from here, the salesman never pressures you and when your ready he is more than happy to assist. Although the latest one had a minor issue that wasn't apparent on the test drive, I popped in and it was swiftly repaired. I regularly use them for routine servicing and MoT and have always found the service excellent and it's old fashioned service like this that will keep me going back

        I bought a car recently from here. I was taken on an extensive test drive and invited to drive the vehicle. The car initially had a couple of problems, but N R Bates have been brilliant in putting things right. I can not praise them enough. There was no pressure to buy, good prices and included warranty. As a local I know this company has been here for over 50 years, which says a lot. Aubury and the team are 1st class.

        Couldn't recommend this garage enough. They knew issue from phone call enquiry, took it and same day did replacement for ABS pump. Great service too. 5* thank you!
