Pre car sale. Brilliant. Responsive. Alex was very reassuring on the car getting a fresh service and MOT. And then. Post sales. Terrible communication. Noticed an issue with the car whilst driving home. Whilst they were happy for me to get the car checked, this is just about where the support ended. Begrudgingly agreed to get all 4 discs replaced even though they were under minimum spec, which took plenty of chasing on my part. However there was also wheel balancing and alignment that needed doing, along with other issues that are still in open dispute (but getting no response). Not sure who does their MOT work, but how they skipped over the braking system is beyond me. I wouldn't say don't use them, just that I won't be buying another car from them.

Highly recommend. I Bought a 2018 mini cooper which is absolutely stunning, I enquired on Thursday and I drove it home with a fresh MOT and service today. cannot fault the car, its a dream to drive. Alex was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and wasnt pushy with the sale. By far the nicest experience ive had buying a car. Cannot thank Alex enough for getting everything sorted so quickly!

So I took delivery of a 2015 bmw 420d convertible yesterday after nearly a month of false starts. On first glance it seems OK then I start finding mud on the inside of the door card not a problem really but I would not of handed the car over like this. Test drive went OK until I pulled into a layby and started playing with the information system and found out the car would need a service and brake pads changed in about 3 weeks. After speaking with the company they informed me that the car had all work done and serviced but because it was not done by bmw the information system was not updated so I'm not a happy bunny at all and they also over charged me for the extras I had fitted so all in all not the best car buying experience I've ever had the work has been signed off well that's OK but have the pads been changed and the car serviced correctly the work as been signed off and that's all I got wouldn't confirm anything. The car is going into rybrook tomorrow for a vehicle check then my next step will be contacting the finance company and trading standards and just to top it off this morning the battery was fully discharged. So after the best part of 5 months I finally got my car repaired thanks to the finance company covering the cost of 1548 but according to the dealer there was nothing wrong with the car. Take my review as a warning people buy a motor from these muppets at your own risk. NB All paperwork and correspondence can be produced to substantiate the above.

Bought a lovely VW Passat from here. Sales guy Alex is a top man, honest and up front. No Arthur Daley business here!!! Can't recommend them enough if they have the car you want. If not wait until they do, you won't regret it!! Good prices and great service. Thank you.

Genuinely honest trader 5 srars Absolutely great experience, had a problem with the car and Vettura Motors covered the cost of almost 3k as promised. Great to deal with and reassuring alt all times.
