Dear Steve and Sal, thank you for the friendly and courteous service we received when we visited Capital Cars in Sheffield the other day to view a Volkswagen CC. We were travelling from some distance and Steve was very helpful in reserving the car for us to view the following day. On arrival, we received a friendly greeting from Sal. Sal handed us the keys and gave us as much time as we wanted to have a really good look around the vehicle. The car had been put in the showroom, so we could view it in comfort away from the January weather. The car looked stunning, the leather seats were in excellent condition and interior had been freshly valeted. Although we loved the car, due to time constraints, we were not able to purchase on this occasion. I have just purchased a Qashqai Tekna from here and my experience has been the best it could be. I needed a family car due to pregnancy and came to view the car the Sunday just gone, straight away Sal was a great help and his duty of care was excellent, that being said I left a deposit the same day. Sal got everything sorted that I had requested and made sure the car was on best form, especially due to my condition. The warranty has also been extended for 12 months with the best cover possible! If you want a reliable, honest and genuinely helpful car sales man, SAL is the person to go to! Thank you again for everything you did to make this process quick and easy for me.
