No receipt, said car would be ready 2 days .. it took 4 days. Delivered with a cracked window screen which they referred a window screen company .. said they would cover the cost I paid 25 more then they covered.. when I asked for the difference they wouldnt cover the cost .. was a night mare to get taxed.. would only text not answer calls once it was delivered.. asked 3 times for the green slip from v5c They said they accidentally sent the whole form off and to wait 4-6 weeks for the log book 8- 9 weeks later and several ignored calls and texts still no log book and another 25 out of pocket.. The company paid for mot which failed and they sorted.. which I then had the car checked over by a garage after purchasing 2 weeks later as it didnt feel right when driving to find out some important work which would have been part of MOT was not carried out !!

Shambles. Agreed to buy and paid deposit and was told be available to collect in 2 days but wasnt ready for 2 weeks and when I arrived no one there, waited an hour for the car to arrive which was poorly repaired and unclean inside and full of dog hairs plus no boot floor. Then couldnt find the logbook apparently, after another hour and a half gave up n asked for deposit back. Couple of time wasters. couldnt pick the baby up still need a car, gone back onto gumtree to see the car had already been relisted 2 days earlier, obviously had no intention of selling me this car just wanted the deposit, very strange

Really disappointed. Emailed about a car we had seen on motors.co.uk for our son. No reply so telephoned the next day. The car was still available so asked if there were any marks on the car. They said they would video call me within five mins to show me round the vehicle. I waited an hour, no video call so called again and left message asking them to contact me. No call back at all. Very unprofessional. Should have at least let me know if car had been sold or become unavailable. Would definitely not recommend
