It was such a very easy transaction, a great deal for our part exchange, very friendly and helpful
We sat in the warm office whilst we did the transaction, the paperwork was all sorted out for us, including the tax of the car It made things easier, so that we could just pay for it, without having to bother going on the computer
My wife had a test drive, which was done in a local deserted carpark, which was a great idea, as we dont know Sheffield, and the traffic was pretty slow!
The car was washed for us, before we left. Whilst we were sorting the insurance our car dealer very kindly offered to fill the car up at the petrol station, ever so helpful as we dont know the area, all we had to do was pay.
We didnt book to see the car till we were on our way, everyone involved in our trade in & sale were very helpful, caring, professional. Exactly what a top car dealer should be.
