I drove from the West Midlands to view a VW Golf SV auto and I would gladly do the same again, dealing with Brendan and Carol was a pleasure. Having never driven an automatic before Brendan found us a quiet car park to give me a lesson and I found the car to be exactly what I was looking for. When I returned to collect the car a week later Carol even came and picked me up from the train station. Wonderful customer service from both of them, I would highly recommend this company and Brendan and Carol.

We drove 120 miles without an appointment and asked to test drive the car I finally bought we were accommodated without any hesitation. There was no pressure selling and we were left to look around the car by ourselves. My son was picked up from the train station when you went to collect the care for me. The service was excellent and Brendan and Carol were very friendly and honest.

I traveled some distance to see Brendan with no disappointment, the car I went to see was in perfect condition, and Brendan was amazing to deal with, I would recommend this garage 100%. After buying my car and travelling home I contacted him on a few occasions for assistance which was never an issue. Great customer service and customer care. I cant thank you enough. I will be back as soon as my daughter passes her test :)
