        I will never come back to this clinic or recommend it to anyone. The customer service is unacceptable. I did not receive my PCR tests (and i am still waiting for them) and i lost my flights, train tickets, etc. I tried to call/e-mail them/go to the clinic (closed) and no one answered. Despite this, they do not want to refund me the money (250) i spent for the test, which was not cheap at all. PLEASE BE CAREFUL and choose another clinic more professional. I am already informing this to as many people as possible so other people do not have to suffer what i did.

        Very bad customer service They charge me 150 and then after five days they havent send me the result I have a good fly tomorrow morning they even not answering the phone
