        Ordered parts from Cobra Pro Uk on 29/07/2022. Still not received on 04/08/2022. Tried to contact them to change my order or check order status. Absolutely not able to contact them by telephone or Email. Telephone just goes straight to answer service, then nobody calls back (left several messages). Emails are just ignored. What a terrible way to run a business. Avoid at all costs as you will be disappointed.

        I ordered 2 products, but they shipped only 1. Size and weight of the box proved 2 could not fit in. But Cobra does not reply to my mails and I cannot join them by phone. They do act like thieves...

        Paid for a scooter rack, fobbed off for week after week and turned out they never even sent it . Ended up having to claim payment back from Credit cards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS , Check company house they seem to go into receivership every few years then start again.
