        Visited this place while in Sheffield, good selection of quality cigars, not many of these real tobacconist shops left, which is a shame if you enjoy a quality smoke of something different.

        Very rude. In front of people as well. Said parcel wasn't there and went to serve someone. Only when I asked him again with a number did he actually have a proper look.

        Sent back my important Evri parcel to sender on day 3, they are supposed to keep it till day 10 for collection. And then the guy at the counter declined to admit he made a mistake. Irresponsible & horrible attitude & doesnt know what he is doing.
