    Shocking work they've been back 6 times across 3 bathrooms and we have the same problems. Uneven tiling, grout everywhere, chipped tiles, slapdash sealant... The list goes on and on. They're now refusing to come back to fix it all. The manager argues with you and refuses to listen to his staff and expects individual tiles to be replaced without it affecting the surrounding work. Nhbc has been called to look into the matter

    The worst customer service I've ever experienced with no exaggeration. I have a single loose floor tile which I first contacted them about almost 3 months ago. They told me they did not work weekends and their last appointments Mon-Fri were 3pm so I had to finish work early in order for them to come and mend it. 6 weeks later a date was agreed, I finished work early and they never showed up. I phoned them and said I was unable to finish work early again, they'd missed the appointment, and therefore they needed to sort it. Plus I wanted a reason as to why they'd not showed up. They said they'd come on a Saturday (despite originally saying they don't work weekends) and would phone when they were in the area. 4 Saturdays later they still hadn't contacted me about fixing it or given me any explanation as to why they hadn't attended the first appointment. Last Saturday I rang them on a mobile number I'd managed to get hold of and was told they'd forgot about me! I was assured that they would contact me on Monday once they were in the office to get this sorted before Xmas (which is next Sunday), it is now 9:30pm on Monday and guess what? Nothing, no phone calls, no explanations, nothing. I have no choice but to try and work with this incompetence due to the house being under warranty from the developer, but if you are paying customers I strongly advise to stay away from this company. If over 3 months isn't enough to fix a single loose tile, I dread to think what happens on bigger jobs!
