Good artist but shocking communication from the start. 3.5/5 review was left on facebook due to bad communication but the guy obviously has some issues and could not take being left a review that was not 5/5. Even after the review was deleted due to feeling bad, Shane could not let it go and messaged weeks later at 6am in the morning, ranting on and threatening to sell on the 'one off' design which had been paid for and tattooed. A good shop with good artists ruined by bad communication and strange owner. Update. In a response to Shane's comment. The communication was bad from the start, not just for me but for my partner at the time who was having her first tattoo with you. Even down the the messing about having to change the design last minute because you did not listen to what she wanted and did not include some of the key features which she requested, you then had to put her tattoo back and rush to re design it due to poor communication & not showing her the design till very last minute. After getting past that and then talking at length about getting a significant amount of work done, laser removal, large cover up sleeve etc. you told us to message you and you then proceeded to ignore both our attempts to contact you to book in for further work. At this point I was hesitant to use you again anyway due to the communication issues but you are a good artist so I left a fair review on facebook stating that you are a good artist but you have poor communication skills, which is true. As I have said again in this review, good artists but bad communication. Even after I deleted that review on FB you then messaged me 2-3 weeks later at 6am in the morning, ranting on about how you thought id purposely come to your place to look for an excuse to leave a bad review like it was some conspiracy and how you were going to sell the one off design that had been paid for and tattooed to someone else. The reality of it is, I had followed your page for about ten years, I suggested your place based on your reviews and what id seen of your work BUT my experience did not reflect those reviews, and it was due to poor communication from the start. My initial review was 3.5/5! thats fair! its 1 star on here due to the ridiculous way you responded to the initial review. Again, great artists but bad communication.

Been tattooed by both Holly and Lizzie and I couldn't recommend the girls more! The studio is a lovely, quiet environment and the work they do is amazing! I highly recommend this tattoo studio to anyone near Sheffield looking for a new tattoo x
