Awful customer service, which I can see is a shared experience for all. Absolute mess of a store, stock strewn everywhere, outdated promotions and incorrect labels.Harassed by security and a manager named Steven who is an embarrassment to the whole company not an ounce of professionalism all round. My partner and I were bullied out of the shop, and at this point they turned on their cameras after already being incredibly rude . Do not go here if you look any different, have any disabilities or anything that separates you out. Highly discriminatory. Their excuse was that they had a lot of shop lifters, if you cant stop them in such a small shop your in the wrong job, and scaring customers away is not the answer

Really like the new bike racks outside the store. Staff really friendly. Noticed a few gaps in stock recently, suffering like most retailers
