We cant recommend Jemma highly enough! My husband was left in a terrible state after a personal trainers taster session and he was unable to move his arms and in excruciating pain. We called Jemma on a Sunday morning desperate for someone to help and not only did she see him that same day, she worked wonders! He was a thousand times better than he was before and able to move again! If you are looking a true professional who genuinely cares about the people they treat, give Jemma a call.

I play rugby and i have been to see Jemma a few times after being recommended through one of my team mates. I feel as though i have gained an extra yard of pace on the pitch. I will definitely continue to see Jemma on a regular basis.
