Knots Sports Massage

Natalie was awesome! Great professional sports massage, not overly soft or firm, just right for me. Natalie included the use of hot rocks which was a first for me which was very nice and helped to sort out some knots in my neck. The sports massage was delivered from within the Crowne Plaza Royal Victoria Sheffield hotel and in a very nice room / relaxing setting. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing therapist. From start to finish the experience is very much tailored to you and what it is you require. Natalie talks you gently through your concerns and ensures that everything she does is at your pace, comfort level and desired outcome. She is realistic about what you need and what will benefit you and I have quite honestly never felt in safer hands. She explains areas like toxins, knots and deeper issues with real clarity and empathy. I have had both intense deep muscular sessions with her and more general back massage therapies and I always walk away floating. Its definitely worth every penny. The room is so calming, comfortable and cosy and she allows you to fully immerse yourself in relaxing while she gets to work. She is a powerhouse! She puts her entire body into ensuring your body is receiving the right amount of pressure. I wouldnt go anywhere else now than to her. I have felt so comfortable and eased by her and would strongly recommend her to anyone wanting to address back issues or who just wants to experience a truly de-stressing massage. Highly recommend for sure.

A fantastic deep tissue massage from Natalie earlier tonight. She was knowledgeable, gave excellent advice and was super friendly. I stay at the Crown Plaza regularly and didnt know about her wonderful therapy room downstairs until today. Ill definitely be revisiting when Im back in a few weeks. Thanks again Natalie :)

Natalie is an expert at finding knots and releasing them. She provides a relaxing and comfortable environment. Deffinately recomend!
