        Was attending the April-May 2022 Sheffield Tango Festival and developed foot, ankle, hip and low-back pain through excessive use, so I booked an appointment with Ryan. Helped fantastically! Ryan has an excellent insight to muscle and joint stresses and strains and quickly pinpointed much of the sources of my discomfort. His treatment was thorough and highly effective! Highly recommended!

        Wow is all I can say! After having a treatment from Ryan recently using Dry Needling for a shoulder/neck problem, I felt completely fantastic the following day and this has continued. Amazing results and would highly recommend.

        Today I had a microdermabrasion facial by Ryan. He is very professional and I enjoyed a very relaxing and soothing afternoon treatment. I have never had this treatment before so he talked me through the products he would be using explaining all the benefits of them. I felt very relaxed and fresh, I couldn't think of a better way to spend my day off. Thank you Ryan x
