Alex is warm and friendly, her open warmth immediately puts you at ease. She examined my posture and made some observations which were reassuring as they echoed what the physiotherapist said last year when I went with the same problem.
No one has ever before been able to correct the imbalance in my shoulder, but she did. Not only that but I have had increased movement and less stiffness.
I will be going back to see Alex again and I would thoroughly recommend her
