Phenomenal work, couldn't be happier with my results, from barely able to walk at my first appointment to exercising again in no time, after the A&E Dr said there was nothing they could do for me except opioid tablets, the staff at Kinetic knew exactly how to help my body heal and realign. I've been to see Jess at Kinetic many times for a variety of running injuries. I'm always amazed how she can identify the problem, the cause of the problem and fix it. I would never have worked out the pain in my knee was being caused by my psoas. I have every confidence in Kinetic and Jess. It's my go to place for sport related injury.

Jess is very professional and knowledgeable. She is always very patient and takes time to listen and explain. I've been amazed at how much my posture and breathing have improved and the exercises Jess has given me have been really helpful. I'd definitely recommend her - I always leave feeling so much better.
