The kids loved it, but I wish there were more staff watching out for the actual dangerous activity or encouraging parent supervision Luckily I was watching my boys but the staff were mainly telling off the really young children and letting the older ones (and some adults!) just do whatever. Obviously they can't control everything but just felt they were very harsh on the wrong things (two tiny kids jumping together gently) and very lenient on the the bigger issues of the older children running and jumping around like crazy, meaning the small ones had to sort of run for cover or get whistled at I'd say if you've got very small children (under 5) maybe be extremely vigilent or take them somewhere a little safer - not a place to just leave them to their own thing. My kids (11 and 7) had a great time though and loved the food, and I appreciated not having to buy a ticket and just being able to watch my kids. Not sure if it's possible to do but if you could book the whole place for a party that would definitely be worth it as it's really the negligence of other patrons that ruins it for everyone.

Great place to burn off energy with children. Birthday parties are really well handled and the party hosts are really capable, especially if you get Ben

I am so done with this childrens centre run by children! Theres always something but my previous visit we were given mouldy pizza, when I brought this to staffs attention I was thrown some free jump cards and left, that was in January, its taken 4 months for me to return and in doing so there was a young man walking out of the kitchen swinging a knife!! And then I saw a party host bring a cake into the kitchen where I witnessed a staff member dip her finger in this birthday kids cake, lick her finger and then repeated this process 3 more times ( until I shouted that's disgusting) where they've then sheepishly looked over and moved out of view. I brought this to a supervisor's attention (twice, different supervisor!!)to them to find it funny and gossiping with other staff members. Will be reporting to environmental health!!
