Have used this service twice now. Product is fantastic quality. Quite a difference the time between ordering and delivery (first was 4-5 weeks, second was ~a week). But they delivered when they said they would. Pleased with the coal and the way its delivered. Would recommend.

Ordered on the 23rd November, took a full month to arrive , even though I only live 10 miles away . Customer service terrible. Would definitely not use again .

Really disappointed with this company, I placed 2 x orders over three weeks ago no sign of delivery. After chasing three times I'm continually dismissed absolutely no help or delivery information whatsoever. I cannot believe they were not prepared to even give me a rough idea of delivery. Very blas in their attitude and I recommend anyone who is thinking about placing an order to seriously find an alternative supplier. I'm now awaiting a full refund which I hope I will receive. Keep you posted

Been waiting almost 4 weeks for a delivery. No customer service, no communication. Very poor.

Would give zero score if able. Had email notification with less than 24hrs notice at 16:40 saying order arriving Tues 20th Dec AM i.e. from 08:00. Had to get morning off for delivery. 13:35 no delivery. Called spoke with Selby who tells me will call depot and come to me straight away as I had a Doc apt at 14:15 advised her if on its ways will need to cancel it. Wasn't happy as everyone knows doc apts are hard to get. Waited until 13:55 and had to decide to cancel apt. No return call by 16:16, called again and spoke with Amanda. She said same, would call depot and call me back. I had no confidence in this and I could tell in her voice that she knew I was not getting delivery today. Amanda did call back to say just that. Apparently, even though I got email saying delivering today AM, the drivers can decide on the day what order they want to deliver. WHY? Amanda said will pass onto Complaints who will take 48hrs to reply. That's 48hrs after the event, WHY?? Wasted my day off only to be told delivery was never on for today but is for tomorrow!!!! They will take your money and not deliver as promised. DO NOT USE HOMEFIRE or their other names CPL Distribution, COALS2U, orders/ distribution handled same people who just pass the buck.
