Mouldy disgusting product and disgusting customer service and liars . Claim delivery slow due to demand, claim prices high due to shortage / demand LIARS, look at the photos and see the mould,some had masses of growth on. All the bags we bought were the same,disgusting !! And the reason from customer services for this is we must have stored them in a damp place (them not us as the photos were the day of delivery). Question coals2u AKA mould2uwhy are you storing coals in a damp place, long enough to have masses of mould on your product if you have high demand and shortages!!! LIARS, thats how.over inflated prices to milk as much profit from the man in the street with inferior product. As to the customer service saying it is okay to use and have in your house CPL/ coals2u are LIERS and DECEITFUL!!! Im going to contact Environmental heath to visit to sample the coals and see if they need to investigate the company !!!!

I doubt I will ever purchase from here again. Ordered online took nearly a month for delivery after it said on website 5 days then being told 10 days then 14 days then next week then the week after. I had to contact them several times and only received proof of purchase the day before delivery and pushed through letter box on delivery. Left near where I had said if I wasn't in but had expected then to be placed a little out of plain sight which they weren't. Moved them inside and one bag had holes in so black mess on my floor. Totally understand they can be busy but Not great communication with customers.

No delivery as expected within seven days. No tracking etc. Received one update following week saying there was a "slight delay." days later filled in their online form (They do not allow you to reply to emails) asking when I could expect delivery. Following week, Tuesday, (today!) still no rep[lies or updates.

Coals2U don't keep your data secure. They just notified me that they'd allowed a data breach meaning a 3rd party now has my credit card details, name, and home address. They did notify me, but offered no practical restitution and a pathetic apology with no explanation. Find a supplier who's able to keep your details secure!
