Poor software. Not only is the software full of bugs, it doesnt intergrate correctly with sage. It raises invoice items which should not be raised, it randomly deletes invoices which you have raised, the settings always revert back to default settings... The list goes on. However what is just as bad as the software is the customer service. We are always fobbed off by Nichola with the excuse that our internet is the problem - We have 100Mb broadband! They do not have to foggiest of ideas how to resolve any issues. This review is 1 star more than they deserve.
