    The software these guys do is great, if done properly. They can have a very wide customer base as they predominantly are an Ecom business. We are one of their customers and are looking to switch in near future. Mainly due to lack on the basic curtsey across the board. Every single person in that team is most unhelpful. Ridiculous excuses to straight forward no - you'd be surprised. We deal with a wide range of businesses and these lot are the only one I felt like people should know about. If you are looking to receive the Value for money you need to look for something else. Mostly their troubleshooting goes like this. No I can't help Mr A needs to help but he's working of something else so please wait till next week. Who afterwards tells you that it actually is Mr B so another week wait. Mr B will then send you a link to the very general Demo which they use for the sales. And by that time you would probably want to cry or something. They have sent our payroll reports wrong every single month for last 12 months ( since day 1) as well as paid employees in the wrong bank accounts by picking up months old data. And have made HMRC payments on our behalf when we had arrangement to pay and ask them to not process the payment and they confirmed in writing that they wont. Which resulted in company account going in large unplanned debit and hence fines. So advise - use excel rotas instead. Don't go anywhere near these lot. There's other companies out there. Which are doing same thing but lot better service. We have 240 employees and are a medium size business and pay them over 5k per month for atrocious service. So smaller businesses will definitely struggle but larger businesses do not have much chance either.
