I have been using Vantage (Sentinel) since 2017, The software is very user-friendly, easy to use for; Creating and modifying various modules (Incidents, Risks, Audits, Maintenance helpdesk, Assets, CQC Compliance, Safeguarding to name a few that we have) to meet the organisations needs, Recording information, Reporting & creating dashboards. The User groups, Annual updates and support Vantage provide is always Fantastic. Vantage Technologies provide Great adaptable software & support and I would very highly recommended them

Have worked with Vantage for 3 years using their Sentinel system. Always find their support spot on. The system itself is very powerful and configurable and we have found it really beneficial to our organisation.

I use Vantage - Sentinel at work and it is a great piece of software. I am able to modify and develop modules to meet our own needs, and the support they provide is wonderful. Someone always picks up the phone, emails are always answered really quickly. The support team is really knowledgeable and great to work with. Would highly recommend Vantage to anyone needing better ways of managing incidents, facilities, assets, etc.

Vantage has revolutionised how we record, respond and manage incidents across the Hospice. It enables staff to enter Real Time information and provides a simple way of recording and investigating incidents, right through to resolving, action planning, or lessons learned. The Single Sign On feature has improved usage immeasurably and is an essential feature for us. All our staff loves Vantage. We have created several modules based on other templates as part of the Enterprise package. It's a bit like taking a suit off a peck and turning into a Saville Row suit. Everything is bespoke to the way we want to report/record/analyse.
