Azzure sell you the dream and deliver a nightmare nobody gets back to you. The poor customer service they deliver is only the tip of the iceberg. Worse two years of my life working with this company setting up a new erp system. Thankfully we are now with an amazing company who are unpicking the mess Azzure has left us with.

We decided to move from our legacy on premise ERP solution to Microsofts cloud based solution - Dynamics Business Central. I think the new system can be very good, but you must find the right Microsoft partner. Unfortunately we chose to partner with Azzure IT. Working with Azzure was very stressful, the project was over budget and delivered late. The training was inadequate, and there were too many errors in the setup of the system. They seemed to have no proper procedures, training guides or videos and even suggested that we go on YouTube instead. Azzure did little testing, and everything felt rushed which inevitably led to an unsatisfactory go live experience. They seemed to lack the required software knowledge to help us, and could not even create basic document templates the way we wanted. Customer service, and technical support throughout the project was unacceptable by our standards. We have decided to pay a third party for future training and support, and to redo all the templates setup by Azzure. We regret choosing Azzure IT and needless to say, I wont be recommending them. We will of course be moving away from Azzure IT as soon as contractually possible, but not nearly soon enough for our liking.

Dodgy renewal process and late support response time Firstly, we discussed with Azzure-IT in January a company change that was going to affect largely our license. Their response was that we had just 30 days notice, in the meantime, our Finance person in charge left, he received a marketing email about a change on their renewal terms. As this person was leaving, the current management was not aware of the renewal date nor the change on the notice terms. Bad practice from our employee, but very unprofessional and dodgy from Azzure-IT and our Account Manager who knew all the situation and did not reach us to highlight current management team and to give us the opportunity to update the license within the terms. We had plenty of time to do it, but now, we are tight in a 12 months contract that we partly dont need. Secondly, under the SLA, Azzure-IT response time can be up to 10 days, we thought that would be a maximum and not the common way of work, but we were wrong, tickets take up to 8-10 days to be responded from them Also, the quality of the response is very vague and its not much useful too often. In conclusion, we are paying much more than needed, and on top of that, we receive not a great service. Business Central can be a great tool, but definitely Azzure-IT has been a terrible partner for us to use Business Central.
