Shes really helpful and took me through everything, and was then happy to help as much or as little as I needed throughout the process, including encouraging me to not be so delicate! Mandy is also great at giving lots of options when it comes to the design and Im so happy with the piece I made today - I was able to add some personal and meaningful touches to it that have made it a really special piece.
