Prior to ordering these I noticed the lead time so as i was going to go on holiday and wanted these trainers before I went, I contacted Goral to see if it was possible to have these in time before I flew. "Spoke to the team and if you order today, we can get these rushed through" I was told on the 11th. Sorted, order placed and confirmed to Goral that day. Emailed customer services on the 14th asking if my order was going to be ready for the following weekend which was ignored. Phoned on the 19th as by now I was getting worried, spoke to someone who said they'd look into it and call me back. They didn't. Called again on the 20th, again said they'd look into it, but this time did call me back and they were confident they would be with me on Friday before I went away. They weren't shipped until the 25th and when the delivery was attempted guess what? Yep, I wasn't there and had to buy some different shoes for my holiday instead..... When I did finally receive the trainers, they were missing the dustbag that's supposed to be with them! On the plus side the trainers are clearly a high-quality item and very nice to own, shame about the experience to get them...!

Great quality, true to size sneakers. I wear them everyday, very comfortable.
