        The apartments and the landlord are ok. The carpets need updating. The price is affordable. It's hard to get your electric meter readings. Some of the tenants are questionable and there is often the odour of cigarette and marijuana as well. The floors are not sound proof and you can hear the tenants above walking/running loudly - usually the women with lots of children. Some of the tenants/renters are quite rough characters and fight/curse frequently.
