Called in for a ham sandwich and a sausage roll at Crookes branch. Very disappointed, air conditioning unit running at full pelt, it was that hot inside the shop the heat hit you as I walked in, all I could hear was a member of staff saying to everyone that came in can you close the door. The door was fitted with a self closer. The bread was very dry and I ate the warm ham out of the middle of the sandwich and had to throw bread away. I also ended up peeling the pastry from around the sausage roll because it was hard and dry. I felt very uncomfortable being on the premises in so much heat which can breed bacteria, leading to covid and other ailments. Never had this problem at other branches, it may be winter out there but the staff are ruining your produce.
