They need to stop taking on-line deliveries while-ever theyre using CityGrab. They have no drivers in the area and its not unusual for your sandwich to sit for 60 mins or more which leads to a cold and horrid tasting sandwich

Didnt listen to my order, I said stuffing, apple and no crackling, she wrote stuffing and crackling on the sheet. But then I could tell she wasnt listening when I was talking to her. Not like its a hard job, just LISTEN to what people say, smile and write it down. Properly. Also, the hygiene is bad - they handle cash / coins, take the bins out wearing the plastic gloves they also make the sandwiches with. You should probably expect to get an upset stomach at some point if you regularly go there.
