Sadly I found the service arrogant this time
I ordered an egg and chicken salad. My husband ordered chicken and stuffing. At the time of jim ordering I said to my husband "is that a salad or a sandwich?" to which he replied "a sandwich"
when our order came it was 2 sandwichs.
Its a hot day and I was looking forward to a salad.
When I said "I ordered a salad" she replied "it is a sanwich shop"
I found her arogant. I'd suggest when you go in if you want a salad make sure you say a box. Because customers are not always right. Needles to say I won't be going again, but I dont think it matters to them what their customers think.
