        I ordered some boots on the 24th August. The did not arrive until the 27th September. When they arrived they were suede. I didnt want suede so contacted the company for a return. They did not respond. I have Ive tried to contact them a further three times but still heard nothing. I have boots took a month to deliver, are no use and a company who do not communicate.

        Waiting outside & it's says it's open but doors locked & no notice on windows or doors to say otherwise or on website & no one is answering phone so bit confused but previous service & product are good

        Ordered some boots. Needed them within a few days for a new-starter's PPE. Was told I would have them within 2 days. Didn't arrive. Called to chase 6 days after ordering only to be told they would be sent that day and there had been a delay. I wasn't kept informed and now I have to run around trying to find somewhere to buy boots for a new employee starting tomorrow! Just not good enough. No apology, just didn't seem to care that we had been let down
