Gelato Twist

Food was disgusting, not worth the money at all, food was cold , the waffles wasnt cooked properly basically raw, the cheesecake we order was wrong so they havent check the order properly and the cookie dough was freezing cold.when we tried to ring was saying number not recognised, disgusting . If I could give 0 stars I really would . The place should be closed down!!

Actually a bit of a joke! Changes me almost double for my order, when I only ended up with 2 items out of 6!

Complete wrong order tried calling the place and all we got was the number not recognised Added up what we received and it was 5.00 less than our order

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. First of all the woman serving spoke to my boyfriend and I like we were idiots. Hygiene in the place was abysmal, literally just a quick rinse under the tap for a jug we have no idea how long it was stood there - ended up throwing away anyway as it tasted sour. She then proceeded to over charge us after we had worked out how much we owed and then gave the wrong change as well. At this point, we could not be bothered with the trouble it would take. I am amazed they are still in business, between the disgusting customer service and atrocious hygiene standards.
