The food was ok, the waffles were slightly over done, the service was a joke, there were 4 members of staff who didn't seem to have a clue what they were doing, It was like they were supposed to have 6 people on shift and a supervisor but there was only 4 people serving and doing coffee/waffles/crepes with absolutely no direction what so ever, think sinking ship where the captain's already jumped overboard and left the crew to fend for themselves, tables were left in a mess because the 4 staff were overwhelmed

Food is usually okay but quite expensive. Me and my partner decided to get some desserts last week in the evening, only to see the shop had shut earlier than advertised, but why state that you're open until 10pm if you shut your doors and close at 9:30pm?
