        Be mindful when they serve you pretzels that have been there for awhile. Not fresh! very disappointed with the customer service.

        The pretzels taste awesome however the service is appalling. The store has an opening time of 11:00 However its 11:40 and theyre only just ready to serve. Considering Im only having a salted pretzel, doesnt seem like a tall order to not have to wait 40 minutes. Either way - my wife and I were met with attitude from both the servers when I came back to order at 11:40. The staff were giving each other funny looks like it was strange behaviour that I returned 40 minutes after they were due and made it quite clear they werent happy I returned. FYI to management, Its the not the first time Ive felt the service has been unfriendly. Admittedly, I showed a little frustrated when they told me at 11:00 that the oven hadnt started yet but dont think my behaviour in anyway justified attitude. Would have given it 1 star, however the pretzels are awesome

        Been today 30/7/22 and me + Mrs got our usual, a cinnamon and vanilla pretzel.....as usual tasted great my iss is the size....the pretzels are about 3rd the size they used to be......so now paying for 2 pretzels and getting less....thats my only issue

        Very delicious and soft. I love vanilla and sugar flavour. Recommended. Staff was very polite and attentive.
