Gone down hill, the place is rundown, the automatic sliding door doesnt open and theres a post it note saying, open by hand. Looked at the menu, ordered and was charged 3 too much. When I questioned it they said the prices had gone up but the menus hadnt been printed. Was shown a QR code with the new menu and prices and it was still wrong! Chicken pitta was tiny and barely any salad. Cold dry hard garlic breadfor a new price of 10! Dont bother. Shame as it used to be pretty good.

Useless. Ordered through App. Order accepted. 40 minutes later, App said still cooking. Called for estimated time of order. Told order hadnt been received. Eventually was told the order had only just been received and Id have to wait another hour for it to be ready. Asked for refund and told only the owner could do that. Still waiting for the owner to call back. Safe yourself the hassle.

A few people have told me how good this place is so I wanted to try it for myself. Having worked at Nandos in the past for 10 years, I love the food; however it is becoming increasingly expensive! I ordered a chicken wrap, corn on the cob and garlic bread. It was all delicious! Everything tasted flame grilled and the portions were great. I was trying to use the NHS 20% off code but didnt realise you had to wait a few days for it to come through via email. These guys very kindly sent some free drinks and carrot cake with my order! I am very satisfied with the quality of this food, and it is much cheaper than Nandos! I will definitely be ordering again!

Accepted my order and gave me an estimated arrival time of 40 minutes, after an hour I called them for an update and was informed that the shop could not fulfil my order and had cancelled it. Tremendous waste of my time, staff had a shocking attitude and would only repeatedly say that they were closing, completely unbothered by the fact that they had wasted an hour of my time and cancelled my order after the expected delivery time. I doubt the restaurant were ever going to call me if I hadn't called them meaning they would have simply closed without informing me while I'm sitting at home expecting food. Staff attitude was the worst part of the experience though, repeating "we have decided to close" when I've been waiting on my agreed order for an hour then acting as if I am in the wrong was quite something.
