My husband and I have eaten here a lot and always enjoyed the food, but today in a larger party it wasn't as good. The Yorkshire puddings were overcooked, too crispy, the gravy far too rich & salty. Also my daughters Sticky toffee pudding had a hair in, when reported to staff they tried to say it was an eyelash, I think trying to shift the blame to my daughter. They offered to replace it but then the 2nd attempt was just a disaster, solid and burnt in the middle, obviously too long in the microwave. So in summary very disappointing for a family Easter Sunday lunch.

We had an unplanned visit here today for Sunday lunch. It was the first time we have been here and we were very happy with everything from the service to the food, drink and price. I had roast chicken dinner and my husband had roast pork with all the trimmings. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. The food was lovely, tasty and plentiful. My husband had apple and blackberry crumble with custard, I was too full to face a pudding. The toilets are clean and accessible. The car park is right outside the main entrance. Apparently dogs are welcomed. We will definately visit again.

Food was good. We found multiple hairs (5) baked into our fries, however they knocked this off our bill and the chef apologised and made us a new fresh one. Also quite pricey and not fantastic value for money. But the service was good also.

Absolutely Fantastic from the service to the food! Delicious, large portions, great prices! Would deffinatly return!
