Shauna offers such a cosy and calming environment. It is the perfect setting to help you relax and focus your attention inwards, and have open and honest conversations. Shauna is professional, warm and friendly, I have been seeing her for reiki for a number of years for mental health and a variety of personal challenges that I have faced. Her guidance and abilities are second to none, following the reiki Shauna takes the time to reflect and discuss anything the reiki has brought to the surface. You can really feel the benefits of the session in the days and weeks that follow, along with the tools and methods Shauna gives you, you can really make huge improvements to your life and mindset. I would really encourage anyone that is curious about reiki to give it a try!

Shauna Naylor is a miracle worker! I took my son to see her for hypno-therapy. Within 5 visits he had transformed from an anxious, school-refusenik child into a happy and confident little boy. I was so impressed that I booked in for some sessions myself. Shauna can offer many different modalities, depending on what she feels will benefit you the best. Her reiki healing is extremely powerful and she makes you feel safe and at ease. As a result of my working with Shauna I have transformed my life, changed my job and written a novel!
