Brilliant service, fridge stopped working on Sunday, they were out to see me on Monday morning, couldnt get to what they needed to be fixed due to the ice build up but came back the day after and sorted the problem straight away! Calle Patrick who asked questions over the phone saying he wanted to save the call out fee. He managed to save me the 60 call out by helping me over the phone. Brilliant bloke. Thanks Ian Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Rip off merchant . He said he will do a call out to inspect issue for my father in laws fridge which is 60 and if he gets the go ahead to fix issue it will be minus 60 from cost to fix . Now he changed tune after taking the 60 pounds and trying to tell me I don't understand English when i am Brtish saying quote " speak to me when you understand English then puts phone down wow . Scammer taking money from a pensioner and very rude . Awful narrow minded individual (Patrick) You said job cost is 195 but when I reminded three hours later about minus 60( call out fee) that's when you said total should be 265 and you knocked it down to 255 , then repeating yourself 5 times aggressive balance of 195 you scammer
