Nicholas Associates (Sheffield)

Having spent some time in my current post, I have chosen to edit my original review to advise potential job seekers to do their research and be 100% certain that they are making the right choice. Nicholas Associates (N.A.) were my point of contact for the job I had sourced online. The information they passed on suited my experience and I was offered the job. All seemed positive until I received the contract which was missing critical information and due to this delayed my start date. When I look back now, the emails and phone calls I received from N.A. asking if I had handed my notice in with my then current employer seemed quite desperate. It wasn't until the contract came through with the details previously missing that I handed my notice in and informed N.A. that I had done so and had a start date. It was only then that N.A. gave me further details that hadn't been previously mentioned, details that would certainly have made me think twice about leaving my then current employer. Therefore, I have wrote this not through frustration but to urge potential job seekers to get as much information as they can prior to accepting a job offer and most importantly ensure that N.A. are giving them all the information they need and not withholding any information that may have an impact on their decision.

After a very long process for my recent job application I got the result that I wanted. Ive got to say James Travis made this difficult circumstance allot easier and smoother. He was very active in his follow ups, updates and responding to my messages always keeping me up to date with all information. I would like to thank James and their team for the hard work these past few weeks and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good recruitment team.
